It is not a product marketplace. It is not for selling items, souvenirs, or generic services. It is for real experiences led by real people.
A ChooseMe host may be someone who can lead a food walk, teach a local dish, guide visitors through a local market, host a photography walk, teach a sport, run a craft session, share a cultural tradition, or help guests experience Bangkok through their personal knowledge and perspective.
Role Overview
As the City Experience Scout for Bangkok, your job is to find people in the city who can offer unique, structured, and bookable local experiences.
This is a field-based role. You are expected to move around Bangkok, visit relevant places, meet people, and speak with potential hosts in person.
Online outreach can help you find people and start conversations, but this is not a remote-only role.
Your Focus
Your focus is to identify people who already have something real to offer, understand what they can provide, and help shape their activity into a clear ChooseMe experience.
What You Need To Do
- Find potential hosts in Bangkok.
- Visit relevant places where potential hosts may be found.
- Speak to people in person and explain ChooseMe clearly.
- Use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, local directories, referrals, and community groups to support your outreach.
- Understand what each potential host can offer.
- Check whether the experience is clear, structured, safe, and suitable.
- Help the host shape their offer into a proper ChooseMe experience.
- Collect complete host and experience details.
- Submit host profiles and experience details to the ChooseMe team.
- Follow up with hosts until the listing is ready for review.
- Identify standout experiences that can be used for early marketing.
- Provide weekly updates on your progress, challenges, and approved listings.

What Counts As A ChooseMe Experience?
A ChooseMe experience should involve an activity, not just a product. The guest should be doing, learning, exploring, tasting, making, joining, or experiencing something.
- Cooking a local dish together
- Going on a food walk
- Visiting a local market with someone who knows it well
- Learning a craft, skill, sport, or hobby
- Joining a Muay Thai, fitness, dance, or wellness session
- Discovering hidden cafés, neighborhoods, viewpoints, or cultural areas
- Joining a structured workshop, walk, class, session, or local activity
This is a field-based role
This is not a remote-only role.
You are expected to physically move around Bangkok and approach potential hosts in person. This role is suited for someone who enjoys being out in Bangkok, meeting people, asking questions, and discovering interesting local experiences.

Ideal Candidate
- Knows Bangkok well
- Understands local culture, food, neighborhoods, communities, and activities
- Enjoys meeting and speaking with people in person
- Is comfortable approaching strangers professionally and respectfully
- Is curious, friendly, confident, and organized
- Can identify interesting people and structured local activities
- Can communicate clearly in English
- Speaks Thai or another language useful in Bangkok
- Can follow up consistently
Success Target
Your main goal is to help ChooseMe create approved experience listings in Bangkok.
The expected target is approximately 12–18 approved experience listings per month.
This target may be adjusted depending on your availability, the agreed working structure, and the quality of host opportunities available.
Compensation Expectations
This is a paid part-time / contract opportunity. ChooseMe would like to understand your expected working structure and compensation expectations before finalizing the engagement.
You may suggest a monthly fixed fee, success-based fee per approved experience, project-based fee, or a mixed structure.
Final engagement terms will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on availability, experience, expected scope, and ability to deliver quality approved experience listings.
