About the Role
We’re building ChooseMe — a real-time, gamified social platform where users connect through live interactions.
This role is responsible for getting users in and making sure the platform feels active from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
You will drive early user acquisition and ensure users are actively engaging with the product. This includes building communities, onboarding users, and creating consistent activity across the platform.
You will focus on getting users into the app, guiding them to use core features, and ensuring they return. Your work will directly impact how alive and engaging the platform feels.
Job Requirements
You are execution-focused and comfortable working in an early-stage environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and able to drive results without relying on structured processes.
You understand how to attract users, but more importantly, how to activate and retain them.
Past Experience
You have experience in user growth, community building, or early-stage startups. Experience working with social platforms, communities, or consumer apps is a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate
You are hands-on, fast-moving, and focused on outcomes. You are comfortable doing things that don’t scale early on and enjoy building communities from scratch.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a traditional marketing role focused only on ads or campaigns. The focus is on real users, real engagement, and building activity.
Success Metrics
Success means consistent user growth, strong activation, and active engagement. The platform should feel alive, with users regularly interacting and returning.
