We're scouting for a dynamic Web Developer to join our lively ensemble in Mumbai on a full-time basis, embracing a hybrid working model. As a Web Developer, you'll be our digital maestro, crafting robust web architectures that are the backbone of our vibrant online presence. Your expertise will span from developing sturdy, scalable back-end infrastructures, designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, to ensuring a seamless user experience across our platforms. The role is a blend of technical finesse and creative exploration, deploying your mastery in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create digital magic that resonates with our audience. Beyond coding, your realm extends to optimizing the nuances of SEO and delving into the realm of web analytics, ensuring our virtual domain is not just functional but captivating. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front end and back end of the website (both internal and for clients).
• Work closely with the design team to create and implement responsive web design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct regular website maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, and .Net.
• Excellent understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
