About the Role
We’re building ChooseMe - a real-time, gamified social platform where users connect through live interactions (Go, Vibe, Now).
This is a 0→1 role. You will be responsible for building the core product from the ground up and ensuring it runs fast, reliably, and without friction.
What You Will Be Doing
You will build and maintain the core platform, including user systems, real-time interactions, matching logic, and chat. Your focus is to ensure the app feels fast, responsive, and stable at all times.
You will work closely with the founder and designer to turn product flows into working features. The expectation is rapid execution, clean implementation, and continuous improvement as the product evolves.
Job Requirements
You are a strong full stack developer who can build end-to-end systems without relying on heavy structure. You are comfortable working in an early-stage environment where speed matters and priorities shift quickly.
You understand how to build scalable systems, but you also know when to keep things simple and ship fast. You take ownership of your work and focus on delivering working features, not just writing code.
Past Experience
You have experience building and shipping real products, ideally consumer-facing applications. Experience with real-time systems, chat, or interactive platforms is a strong advantage.
You should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, and your past work should show that you can take features from idea to production.
Ideal Candidate
You are practical, fast, and focused on execution. You don’t over-engineer, but you don’t cut corners where it matters. You enjoy building things from scratch and seeing them come to life.
You are comfortable working directly with a founder and taking ownership of key parts of the system.
