3. ChooseMe’s role

Unless clearly stated otherwise, ChooseMe is not the direct provider of host-led experiences. Hosts are responsible for the experiences they offer, the accuracy of the information they provide, and the way they deliver their activities.

4. Hosts and experience listings

If you submit information as a potential host, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, honest, and not misleading. This may include details about your experience, location, qualifications, pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, and contact information.

ChooseMe may review, edit, decline, pause, or remove host profiles or experience listings if they are incomplete, unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, low quality, or not aligned with the purpose of the platform.

Hosts are responsible for complying with any laws, licenses, permits, insurance requirements, safety requirements, tax obligations, venue rules, or professional standards that apply to their experience.

5. Guests and bookings

Guests are responsible for reading experience descriptions carefully before booking or attending an activity. This includes understanding the location, timing, inclusions, exclusions, physical requirements, age requirements, cancellation terms, and any other important details.

Guests should behave respectfully toward hosts, other guests, local communities, venues, and property. ChooseMe may restrict access to the platform if a guest behaves abusively, dishonestly, unsafely, or in a way that harms the community.

6. Payments, fees, refunds, and cancellations

ChooseMe may introduce booking, payment, commission, service fee, refund, and cancellation features as the platform develops. Any applicable fees, payment terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, or host payout terms will be shown or communicated when those features become available.

Until formal booking and payment systems are active, any arrangements made directly between hosts and guests are the responsibility of the people involved. ChooseMe is not responsible for direct payments, offline arrangements, refunds, cancellations, or disputes that happen outside the platform.

7. Content, profiles, and marketing use

You may submit text, photos, videos, profile details, experience descriptions, messages, or other content to ChooseMe. You confirm that you have the right to share this content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or business.

By submitting content to ChooseMe, you allow us to use, edit, display, and publish that content for the purpose of reviewing, creating, improving, or promoting host profiles, experience listings, and the ChooseMe platform.

If your profile or experience is being used publicly for marketing, we aim to share public-facing details with you for approval where appropriate, especially during our early host onboarding process.

8. User conduct

When using ChooseMe, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, copied, unsafe, or unlawful information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Use ChooseMe for spam, scams, illegal activity, adult services, matchmaking, or activity unrelated to genuine experiences.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Interfere with the website, security systems, forms, tracking, or normal operation of ChooseMe.com.
• Attempt to bypass ChooseMe systems in a way that harms trust, safety, or platform integrity.

9. Safety and personal responsibility

Real-life experiences may involve travel, food, physical activity, weather, public spaces, local venues, equipment, transportation, or other practical risks. Hosts and guests are responsible for using good judgment and taking reasonable precautions.

Hosts should clearly explain any safety requirements, physical requirements, risks, restrictions, equipment needs, or guest expectations. Guests should consider their own health, ability, comfort level, and personal circumstances before participating.

ChooseMe may take steps to improve trust and safety, but we cannot guarantee that every host, guest, location, experience, or interaction will be risk-free.

10. Intellectual property

The ChooseMe name, logo, website design, branding, graphics, copy, layout, and platform materials belong to ChooseMe or are used by ChooseMe with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use these materials without written permission.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. However, you give ChooseMe permission to use submitted content as needed to operate, display, improve, and promote the platform and related experiences.

11. Third-party links and services

ChooseMe.com may link to third-party websites, forms, social media platforms, payment providers, maps, messaging tools, or other services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or actions of third-party platforms.
